The NET4SOCIETY Third Countries Task Force

To improve the collaboration with the socalled ICPC countries, International Cooperation Partner Countries, NET4SOCIETY has established the Third Countries Task Force whose task it is to establish contact with SSH national contact or information points, experts, organisations, multipliers and SSH researchers in those countries farther away. The task force leader is Ms. Smadar Hirsh, ISERD, Israel.

To better address researchers in the ICPC countries, the task force members specialise on 5 target regions:

Africa:               Dr. Christa van Zyl (Mrs.), from HSRC, South Africa

America:           Mrs. Eva Carnested, Vinnova, Sweden

Asia:                 Mr. Tom Espen Moller, Forskningsradet, Norway

Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS):
                        Mrs. Anastasia Gurova, CSRS, Russia

Middle-East:     Ms. Anthea Frendo, MCST, Malta
